Together, the Muns have championed a vision for Plano that balances growth and community spirit — advocating for education, public safety, and collaboration across all sectors.
“Mayor John and Joa Muns exemplify what it means to lead with heart,” said Kelle Marsalis, CCE, IOM, President & CEO of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. “Their commitment to service and their love for this community has made a lasting impact on Plano’s growth and character.”

The Plano Chamber extends special thanks to event emcee Buddy Broyles and to all attendees, sponsors, and partners who made the 2025 Best of Plano Awards a success.
