Young Professionals of Plano (YPP) is a division of the Plano Chamber of Commerce focused on young professionals between the ages of 25 and 40. Our goal is to identify and grow emerging leaders, to attract and retain diverse young talent, and to engage that talent in civic, social, and educational opportunities within Collin County.
The Plano Culture & Inclusion Alliance is a collaboration and networking group of professionals who come together to share best practices, tools, resources, and ideas to harness the power of inclusion and diversity in our work environment and community. In 2023, our work will expand to include community-wide resources and events.
The Plano Chamber of Commerce Women’s Division program offers events that grow, empower, and build the business community. Women’s Division offers quarterly opportunities to come together either to network and/or learn from others in the community.
The Plano United Business (PUB) program is a 2-year mentorship program for minority-owned small businesses located in Collin County. This program will provide the opportunities for growth through membership, education, mentorship, and relationship building by participating in this comprehensive program.
The PROPEL Executive Leaders (PEL) program is a quarterly senior executive leadership program. PROPEL gathers senior leaders new to their role, or relocated to North Texas within the past 18 months, to provide a deep understanding of our region’s formal and informal decision-making channels within its economic, political and civic structure, educational and social framework. The program aims to establish and grow relationships among fellow executives, fostering an even stronger sense of community.
The Plano Chamber offers a slate of annual, quarterly, and biannual signature events to connect Plano’s most engaged business and community leaders for superior relationship-building. These programs attract large audiences representing Plano’s varied business community, which provides attendees with unparalleled opportunities to create quality connections.
