LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION

Plano Works Leadership Foundation is the philanthropic
arm of the Plano Chamber of Commerce.

INVESTING IN PLANO’S LEADERS OF TOMORROW, TODAY

Plano Works Leadership Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. Founded in 2021, the Plano Works Leadership Foundation provides a structure for individuals, businesses of all sizes, corporate partners, and foundations to support the work of the Plano Chamber’s leadership programs and initiatives.

Strong leadership is critical to sustained growth and prosperity for Plano and the North Texas region. Investing in our leaders of tomorrow, and today will help Plano maintain our competitive advantage in the race for talent and ensure that our community continues to thrive for years to come.

Your support of the Plano Works Leadership Foundation amplifies the efforts of the Plano Chamber, allowing for more impactful work that touches not only program participants but ripples throughout the entire community.

Propel Executive Leaders

The executive leadership program (ELP) encompasses various areas of interest, including infrastructure support (transportation, utilities, cybersecurity) and quality of life issues such as affordable housing, education, workforce development and healthcare. Equally, it also covers leading business topics, such as the region’s economic vitality, growing industries and our diverse workforce.
