PLANO, TX – February 3, 2025 – The Plano Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the upcoming Plano Legislative Days, a biennial event to be held on February 25th and 26th, 2025 at tommie Austin – JDV By Hyatt. This key event, held every other year, brings together local business leaders, community stakeholders, and policymakers to engage in discussions on critical issues affecting Plano and the state of Texas. This event is being held in partnership with the City of Plano and Plano Independent School District, further strengthening the collaborative efforts of local organizations to advocate for the community.
Plano Legislative Days offers an important platform for participants to meet with Texas legislators, discuss key issues, and advocate for policies that impact Plano’s economy, workforce, education system, and quality of life. We will focus on topics such as workforce, economic development, healthcare, education and more, in providing attendees with the opportunity to engage directly with lawmakers to ensure that Plano’s needs are addressed at the state level.
“As Plano continues to grow and evolve, it is vital that our community stays connected with the legislative process,” said Kelle Marsalis, President and CEO of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. “Plano Legislative Days is an invaluable opportunity for our members and our business community to build meaningful relationships with lawmakers, share their insights, and work together to advocate for policies that support the continued success of Plano.”
Networking opportunities will be available for attendees to connect with other business professionals, community leaders, and elected officials, fostering relationships that will benefit Plano’s growth and development.
