Plano Chamber of Commerce Announces President & CEO Kelle Marsalis to Step Down at Year-End
PLANO, TX – August 4, 2026 – The Plano Chamber of Commerce announced today that President and CEO Kelle Marsalis has submitted her resignation, effective December 31, 2026.
Marsalis joined the Plano Chamber in 2019 and has led the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. During her tenure, she successfully guided the Chamber through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, helped establish the Plano Works Leadership Foundation, strengthened partnerships across the business and education communities, and expanded programs and initiatives that support Plano’s continued economic vitality and quality of life.
“Kelle has provided thoughtful, steady leadership during one of the most transformative periods in our Chamber’s history,” said Amanda Rockow, Chair of the Plano Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. “From navigating the challenges of the pandemic to helping launch the Plano Works Leadership Foundation and strengthening the Chamber’s impact throughout our community, her leadership has positioned our organization for continued success. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we sincerely thank Kelle for her dedication and service to the Plano Chamber, our members, and the City of Plano. We wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors.”
Marsalis will remain in her role through December 31, 2026, and is committed to supporting a smooth leadership transition.

The Plano Chamber Board of Directors will begin the search process for the organization’s next President and CEO in the coming weeks. Additional information regarding the leadership transition will be shared with members as it becomes available.
