The Plano Chamber would like to welcome and spotlight member, Serendipity Labs. Heather Wagemann, our Director of Development, asked Operations Coordinator, Breanna Hall, a few questions about their business, Chamber membership, and their team’s favorite local spot in the community.
1. What’s your favorite part about the work you do?

There’s something special about connecting with our members at Serendipity Labs West Plano,” says one team member with a smile. “It’s not just about ensuring they have a great experience; it’s about adding that personal touch that makes all the difference.” Meanwhile, another team member enthusiastically shares, “I absolutely love organizing fun events for our members at Plano! It’s all about showing our appreciation and building vibrant, community-focused events.

It’s amazing how being a Chamber member opens doors in unexpected places,” reflects one of us, recalling a warm conversation with a fellow Chamber member at a local grocery store. “These moments of connection, like during our Ribbon Cutting event, really underscore the strength of our community ties.” Another team member, a young professional, adds, “The networking opportunities have been fantastic! It’s opened avenues to meet and collaborate with so many wonderful people in our community.
3. What goals do you have for your business in the coming year?

We’ve got big dreams!” exclaims one team member. “We envision Serendipity Labs becoming the ultimate hub for business and networking in the area. Picture this: a buzzing, fully occupied space where creativity and collaboration are the daily norms.” Another adds, “This year, it’s all about community engagement. We’re ready to step out, network more, and host some truly unforgettable events.

Our Personal Picks in the Community:
Have you tried the Almond Milk Mocha Latte at Mud Leaf? It’s my go-to treat, along with their gluten-free Banana Nut muffin,” shares a team member with a fondness for cozy hangouts. “And their little gift shop is just adorable!” Another pitches in, “For any party needs, I swear by Graze Craze. Their charcuterie boards are a hit, no matter what the diet!” And for a bit of fun, “Thunderbird Roller Rink is my secret escape. There’s nothing like roller skating there, away from the usual spots.
