The Plano Chamber would like to welcome and spotlight member, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria. Heather Wagemann, our Director of Development, asked General Manager, Rob Rotella, a few questions about their business, Chamber membership, and their team’s favorite local spot in the community.

1. What’s your favorite part about the work you do?

I have 2 favorite parts of working for Grimaldi’s. The guest interaction is amazing, getting to know and develop relationships with our regulars.  The second is why I love my job. I get to interact, coach, and develop our future managers.

2. How has being a Chamber member positively impacted your business and community involvement?_

The Chamber has given us access to meeting peers and discussing best business practices as well as how to get more involved with the community.

3. What goals do you have for your business in the coming year?

The Goals for this year would be to build our business and bring Grimaldi’s amazing pizza and culture to Plano.

4. Share a favorite local spot or hidden gem you love in the community.

I am a foodie and my favorite place to eat would be Sea Breeze Fish Market and Grill. They have the best Lobster roll and fried Halibut and chips in Plano.
