Member Spotlight: Apricot Lane Boutique

The Plano Chamber membership team is thrilled to present our NEW monthly Member Spotlights! Each month, we will be highlighting two different Plano Chamber of Commerce members to continue connecting our members with each other and the Plano community at large.

The Plano Chamber would like to welcome and spotlight one of our newer members, Apricot Lane Boutique. Heather Wagemann, our Membership Engagement Manager, asked Apricot Lane Boutique’s Owner, Bailey Lee, a few questions about their business, membership, and their role in the community.

1. What would you like readers to know about Apricot Lane Boutique and what you specialize in?

We are a women’s boutique located at the Shops at Legacy offering trendy and current styles for your everyday life, whether you are running errands or looking for that special dress for a girl’s night out. We provide a one-on-one shopping experience that includes personal shopping, styling and more. At Apricot Lane Legacy we are dedicated to uplifting the community through woman empowerment and strive to make our shoppers feel confident and beautiful in every way.

2. Why did you choose to join the Plano Chamber of Commerce?

I joined the Chamber of commerce to network with small business owners in the community

3. Tell us about your involvement in the community.

As a female business owner, I constantly strive to work with and help empower other female entrepreneurs. We do this in a variety of ways, from partnerships with other businesses or charity organizations, to carrying select products from local vendors or vendors who support a cause.

4. What part of your work environment is your favorite?

Making customers smile. It may sound cheesy but the reason I fell in love with fashion was because of the impact I saw firsthand that it has on a woman’s confidence. When styling a customer, you can not only build a relationship but also help build their confidence and that is why we do what we do.
