Plano Chamber to Host Leadership Luncheon Featuring Libby Spears and Former Board Chairs

PLANO, TX – April 14, 2025 – The Plano Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the Leadership Luncheon presented by Texas Research Quarter and Nexpoint, to be held on April 22, 2025, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Marriott at Legacy Town Center. This year’s luncheon will feature Libby Spears, a renowned communication expert, alongside a distinguished panel of Former Plano Chamber Board Chairs, including Mary Jo Dean (2006, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital), Michael Lawson (2023, Boeing), and Jeff Beckley (2018, Beckley and Associates). The panel will be moderated by Kelle Marsalis, President & CEO of the Plano Chamber of Commerce.

Additionally, this event will provide a fantastic opportunity for Leadership Plano alumni to gather, reconnect, network, and engage with fellow alumni and the local business community.

Libby Spears, the founder of Bravo Communication and Consulting (Bravo CC), has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and communication. She specializes in empowering professionals across various industries to enhance their communication strategies and leadership abilities. At this event, Libby will share her leadership strategies, providing attendees with tools that will fuel their professional growth.

The panel, featuring our former board chairs, will offer a unique opportunity to hear from influential leaders who have shaped the direction of the Plano Chamber and the Plano business community. Moderated by Kelle Marsalis, this discussion will delve into the experiences and leadership tools of those who have led some of Plano’s most influential organizations.
