Plano Chamber Celebrates 80 Years of Leadership with Annual Leadership Luncheon
PLANO, TX – March 3, 2026 —
The Plano Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 80th anniversary and the leaders who have helped shape the community at the 2026 Leadership Luncheon, taking place Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 11:30am to 1:00pm at Reflections Venue and Gardens in Plano.
This year’s program will feature the theme “Path to Leadership,” highlighting the journeys and experiences that define impactful leadership in Plano’s business and civic community. As part of the Chamber’s milestone anniversary celebration, the event will bring together long-time Chamber members and Leadership Plano graduates for a panel discussion on leadership, legacy, and the future of the community.
The panel will include:
Jo Via, Plano Balloon Festival — Chamber Member for 35 years, Leadership Plano Class 6
Bob Kehr, Kehr Technologies — Chamber Member for 9 years, Leadership Plano Class 36
Shannah Haley, City of Plano — Chamber Member for 41 years, Leadership Plano Class 32
The conversation will be moderated by Sharon Bradley, founder of Restorative Flo Educational Consulting and a graduate of Leadership Plano Class 39.
During the luncheon, panelists will share insights into their leadership journeys, lessons learned through years of service to the community, and the role the Plano Chamber and Leadership Plano program have played in developing leaders across the region.
“Leadership Plano has helped shape generations of leaders who serve our businesses, nonprofit organizations, and civic institutions,” said Kelle Marsalis, President & CEO of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. “As we celebrate 80 years of the Chamber, this luncheon is an opportunity to reflect on the leadership that has guided our community and to inspire the next generation of leaders.”
Since its founding in 1946, the Plano Chamber of Commerce has served as a leading advocate for business growth, community leadership, and economic development in Plano. The Chamber’s Leadership Plano program, now more than four decades strong, continues to develop leaders who are committed to strengthening the region’s future.
The 2026 Leadership Luncheon is part of the Plano Chamber’s year-long 80th Anniversary celebration, honoring the people, partnerships, and leadership that have helped build Plano into one of the most dynamic business communities in North Texas.
