The Plano Chamber would like to welcome and spotlight member, Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab. Heather Wagemann, our Director of Development, asked Tambra Tatum, General Manager and Vanessa Sbraga, Sales & Events Manager, a few questions about their business, Chamber membership, and their team’s favorite local spot in the community.

1. What’s your favorite part about the work you do?

We love being part of a team that creates long-lasting memories for our guests, by showing them Unreasonable Hospitality. We take pride in Truluck’s unwavering commitment to serving the highest quality products that make sense for the plate, palate, and planet.

2. How has being a Chamber member positively impacted your business and community involvement?

The membership has been beneficial to our brand, giving us exposure to local businesses and residents. Truluck’s has been a Dallas & Southlake institution for three decades, but we are building the foundation in Plano and networking puts us in front of key people of the community. We strive to participate in philanthropic opportunities and the Chamber helps to cultivate those connections.

3. What goals do you have for your business in the coming year?

To grow our recognition and volunteer work in North Dallas. We also strive to employ and mentor new hospitality and culinary talent from the expanding DFW area.

4. Share a favorite local spot or hidden gem you love in the community.
