Member Spotlight: Scientel Solutions

The Plano Chamber membership team is thrilled to present our  monthly Member Spotlights! Each month, we will be highlighting different Plano Chamber of Commerce members to continue connecting our members with each other and the Plano community at large.

The Plano Chamber would like to welcome and spotlight, Scientel Solutions. Heather Wagemann, our Membership Engagement Manager, asked Human Resources Manager, Dustin Mills, a few questions about his business, membership, and role in the community.

1. What would you like readers to know about Scientel Solutions and what you specialize in?

As the Universal Integrator, we aggregate talent, integrate technology, and create advanced solutions for complex challenges. We offer a wide array of solutions specializing in networking, drone defense, security, and lifecycle management. We act with integrity, respect, and dignity. We work hard and strive for excellence as a team. We innovate.

2. Why did you choose to join the Plano Chamber of Commerce?

We were excited to become chamber members to connect with other local businesses through networking and events and increase our visibility throughout the community.

3. Tell us about your involvement in the community.

Scientel Solutions supports many organizations within the community, from Veteran centric events to annual food drives for local shelters. We are always looking for ways to get involved and help our surrounding communities in any way that we can.

4. What is your favorite part of your current work environment? 

At Scientel we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming family environment for our team members to collaborate. Through community involvement, internal events, and state of the art facilities, we provide our team members the tools and environment they desire to be champions in their role.
