LOCAL UPDATE

• Although Phase 1 of re-opening includes libraries, the City of Plano will remain closed through May 17th.

STATE UPDATE

• The statewide shelter in place expires today, Thursday, April 30th but social distancing guidelines remain in place.
•  Phase I: Beginning tomorrow, Friday, May 1st, restaurants, retailers, malls, and movie theaters can open with up to 25% capacity.  Hospitals and doctors’ offices have loosened restrictions on procedures that can now take place, but they must reserve capacity for COVID-19 patients.
