Developing Plano’s Emerging Business Leaders

Young Professionals of Plano (YPP) is a division of the Plano Chamber of Commerce focused on young professionals between the ages of 25 and 40. Our goal is to identify and grow emerging leaders, to attract and retain diverse young talent, and to engage that talent in civic, social, and educational opportunities within Collin County.

Networking and professional development programs are held monthly at Plano Chamber businesses, like this one at Topgolf. Pictured, from left: Nicole Ramirez, Tricia Sitemere, Rachel Yzaguirre, and Denise Gomez.

About Young Professionals of Plano

In 2006, the Plano Chamber formed the Young Professionals of Plano (YPP) to engage the city’s diverse young talent to shape Plano’s future. Through participation in monthly YPP events, Plano’s up-and-coming business leaders build valuable professional relationships with peers, gain access to prominent business leaders, and sharpen professional and personal skills to advance their careers.
