Leadership Plano began in 1983 by the Plano Chamber of Commerce as a community leadership development program. Today, the Plano Chamber of Commerce is still the sponsoring organization and serves as a valuable resource to the program.

A program of the Plano Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Plano is dedicated to educating, developing, and empowering current and future leaders for the community and motivating them to serve civic, charitable, and business organizations.
