Vision: To actively provide opportunities and resources to maximize personal & professional growth through education, business development, networking, social and civic activities for the future of our community.

Who we are:

YPP is a division of the Plano Chamber of Commerce, focused on young professionals between the ages of 25-40. Our goal is to identify and grow emerging leaders, to attract and retain diverse young talent, and to engage that talent in civic, social and educational opportunities within Collin County. The Plano Chamber of Commerce organized Young Professionals of Plano (YPP) in 2006 – with efforts to engagethe breadth of the region’s talent mix in shaping and showcasing a Plano more attractive to diverse young talent. 

Criteria:

• Between the ages of 25-40
   
   
• Annual membership dues *(See application for details)
   

Committees:

• Civic - Organize quarterly programs focused on opportunities that YPP members will have to get involved individually or professionaly. 
• Educational - Organize quarterly programs focused on personal or professional growth. Engage our YPP members in hands on or interactive sessions that will encourage them to have a more visible presence in Plano 
• Social - Organize quarterly programs focused on networking and fun. Everyone works so hard, we have to schedule a little time to let our hair down and enjoy our time off!

Join the Allen/Fairview, McKinney and Plano Young Professionals as we enjoy a night of frindley competition on the tee box!
