APPLICATION INSTRUCTION CHECK LIST
Leadership Plano, a program of the Plano Chamber of Commerce, is dedicated to educating, developing, and empowering current and future leaders for the community and motivating them to serve civic, charitable, and business organizations.
As a participant in Leadership Plano, you will receive a broad-based education about your community and develop a valuable communication network with civic, business, and educational leaders. Additionally, you will create lasting friendships and develop personal and professional skills that may increase your effectiveness within your community and business environments.
Applicant Requirements:
Please use this checklist to make sure you have provided the Selection Committee with all the information requested.
Complete the application. (Available at www.leadershipplano.org) Please answer all questions. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Signatures – Section XI must be signed by the applicant, and Section VIII must be signed by applicants employer. (Not applicable to self-employed or unemployed applicants)
Recommendation – A completed recommendation form/letter (Available at www.leadershipplano.org) must be submitted prior to the application deadline (June 15th.) Recommendations may be submitted by applicant or endorser.
